Many of our Experts need to track or manage groups of Knowledge Seekers that share common attributes. To make this possible, Tmpt.me has a concept called Cohorts. As an Expert, you can create cohorts to:
- Organize participants in various classes or workshops that you run
- Group employees of the different client companies you engage with
- Split users into tiers according to your subscriptions, such as Basic, Premium, and VIP
- The channel by which they were onboarded into your hub
- Any other way you want to group users
A single user can belong to any number of cohorts, so you can add and modify them freely. Here is a quick video on setting up and adding seekers to a cohort:
